What is your ideal career?
Researcher Frank Parson developed the Trait and Factor theory that entails three actions to find a career that is best suited for an individual (O'Brien, 2001).
1. Examine your personality traits, interests, and abilties.
2. Research the job to inventory the needed character traits.
3. Analyze the personality traits of yourself against the job.
